Hi, I'm Cory. I build websites.
Socializemy rebuilds your website as a fast, secure static site in about a week, hosts and secures it for a flat monthly fee, and writes the answer pages ChatGPT and Google can cite.
A website shouldn't need babysitting to do its one job.
It's slow on a phone, the page builder fights every edit, and the plugins need updates again.
You're not sure it's safe, and you can't tell if it's helping.
Ask ChatGPT who to hire for what you do. If your name isn't in the answer, your website is why.
You need a website that brings in work, not one more system to patch, and your IT person needs to sign off on it. I'm easy to work with: you talk to me, not a ticket queue. I've run WordPress, page builders and hosted site builders for clients for over a decade, and now I build on one system that loads fast, has nothing to hack, and gives answer engines something to quote about you and your business.
From your current site to a live one you never have to patch. Your email and your rankings come with you.
I check every page, what ChatGPT says about you today, and which addresses Google already sends you traffic on.
A working copy on its own private link, with every old address mapped so nothing you rank for breaks.
We switch the DNS together and your email stays untouched. I host it, watch it and keep it current.
Most companies start with the rebuild, keep it hosted and secured, and add the answer engine when they want ChatGPT and Google quoting them.
Five recent builds: a hydrovac company in northern BC, a Spokane insurance agency, a home buyer, a bookkeeping practice and an engineering firm with its own IT team.
Moved off Wix and live in October 2026. A page for each service, from hydrovac and vac trucks to rail terminals and fuel, both yards with their own phone lines and directions, 24/7 dispatch one tap away, and a quote form that asks what the job needs.
Live in October 2026. A page for each kind of coverage, 10 answer pages for the questions people ask before they call, Dan's podcast archive on the site, and a quote form with separate call lines for customers and new quotes.
Rebuilt and switched over on the same day. The 12 blog posts kept their old addresses, a 16-question answer engine went in, and the cash offer form sits on every page.
Website built in May 2026, answer-engine work in September 2026. Lead forms go straight into GoHighLevel, a QuickBooks cleanup checklist brings in leads, and all 12 Google reviews on the site were checked one by one against the listing.
An engineering firm with its own IT and security lead. They chose a static site over WordPress, and their IT lead approved the setup on the review call. Built from their Adobe XD design.
Your website should bring in work. Instead it's slow, it needs plugin updates every month, your IT person worries about it, and when a customer asks ChatGPT who to hire, your name isn't in the answer. It shouldn't take a full-time agency to fix that. Socializemy rebuilds your site as a fast, secure static site in about a week, keeps every page you already rank for, hosts and secures it for a flat monthly fee, and writes the answer pages ChatGPT and Google can cite. You own the domain, the code and every lead from day one. You become the company that shows up with the answer, on a website you never have to worry about, and the calls come from people who already read your answers.
Every month the site stays the same, someone else's page answers your customer's question.
Rebuilds start at $3,500, paid half at kickoff and half at launch. After launch, hosting and security is $200 a month, or $500 a month with the answer engine, which includes hosting. If you need SOC 2 compliance, an SLA, a WAF and advanced security, that's a custom quote starting at $5,500. You get a written quote after I look at your current site.
Full answer →The answer engine is a monthly service that makes your site easier for ChatGPT and Google's AI answers to quote. Each month I draft one answer page from a question your buyers actually ask, you approve it, and it goes live with schema. The plan also covers schema upkeep, crawler and citation checks, a quarterly technical review and a monthly proof report. It's $500 a month and includes hosting.
Full answer →About a week for a typical site of up to about seven pages, especially when the design already exists. You get a private preview link within the first few days, a review round, and then we switch the DNS together. Larger sites with many templates, a blog to move or custom integrations take longer, and the quote says how long.
Full answer →Not if the move is done right. Every address Google already has either keeps working on the new site or gets a permanent 301 redirect to its new page, titles and descriptions carry over, and the sitemap goes back to Google after launch. On Horizon Home Buyers, all 12 blog posts kept their old addresses.
Full answer →A static website is built ahead of time into plain HTML, CSS and image files and served from a global network. There's no PHP running, no database, no plugins and no admin login on the public site. Most WordPress break-ins come through a plugin that wasn't patched fast enough, so a static site removes that whole category of risk instead of managing it.
Full answer →You do, from day one. You own the domain, the code, the content, the brand assets and the lead data. The domain stays at your registrar in your name. If we ever part ways, the site keeps running and you receive the full repository.
Full answer →Tell me where your website is now. You'll get a written quote within one business day, and I read every one myself.
