The $3,500 starting point is for a straightforward site, built from a design that already exists or from a design I make from your current site and brand. The page count, the design and the integrations set the final number.
What moves the price
- Page templates. Pages that share a layout cost less than pages that each need their own.
- A design, or not. A finished design in Figma or Adobe XD saves design time. If there isn’t one, I design from your current site and brand.
- Content to move. A blog with dozens of posts, job listings or a news section takes time to carry over at the same addresses.
- Integrations. Sending leads into a CRM like GoHighLevel, a booking tool, or file uploads on a careers form.
What you don’t pay for
There’s no plugin license, no page-builder subscription and no separate hosting bill: hosting is part of the monthly plan. You own the domain, the code, the content and every lead from day one.
